Born and raised in Southern California, Lauren moved to Nashville in 2014. Her interest in the workings of the human body and how it can be healed came in college, where she graduated from CSU Chico with a degree in Kinesiology: movement studies. After working for several different physical therapy clinics as a therapist aide, it became clear that muscle manipulation and injury prevention was part of the career path for Lauren. In 2016 she graduated from the Nashville School of Massage Therapy in Franklin. She focuses on trigger points and finding the root cause of pain. A session with her can be geared towards sports massage, but she is also able to incorporate a relaxed and therapeutic element to her massages. As someone who enjoys physical activity such as running and yoga, Lauren understands the need for self care and would love to be a part of your healing journey as well!

Raised in Texas, Liz lived in NYC and Los Angeles with her family before heading to Nashville in 2016. From an early age, she has been fascinated with muscle building and body mechanics. This led her to follow a career path into the study of how muscles can facilitate and restrict movement in the human body. She began her studies with Reflexology and then went on to study clinical massage therapy at Mind Body Institute here in Nashville. Her primary focus as a massage therapist is to find and treat the cause of any symptoms a client may be experiencing using a combination of Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Cupping techniques, and Deep Tissue. You can find Liz’s sessions to be very therapeutic, calming and rejuvenating. Mission: My goal is to help alleviate any pain or discomfort, increase flexibility in the joints and to empower my clients with a new found awareness of their body. I encourage my clients to take an active role in their healing journey with me as I believe that a combination of therapeutic massage, self care and awareness can aid in the maintenance of a healthy, vibrant body that works with us, not against us.
