Holly Clark - LMT
Holly graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2004 and recently moved to Nashville. Her education and experience over the past 6 years has provided her with a strong skill set in swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage, as well as completion of level 1 of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. Holly has community outreach experience working with developmentally disabled adults and has worked with athletes including runners at the Chicago Marathon. Her integrative approach with a focus on intentionality and mindfulness of each clients' unique needs make her massage sessions powerfully intuitive and deeply therapeutic.
Mission Statement:
There is much to listen to in each client verbally, energetically, and physically. As a massage therapist I strive to foster an environment of communication, equanimity, and healing. I am committed to coming to the table grounded and helping my clients to leave feeling the same way. Pauline Diaz - LMT
Pauline began her massage therapy training in Grand Prairie, Texas, over 25 years ago and has worked as a full time therapist since graduating. She moved to Nashville over one year ago and completed the course at the Mind Body Institute for her TN license. She enjoys working as an integrative therapist combining swedish, deep tissue, myofascial/connective therapy, reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, chakra balancing, as well as Upledger's cranial sacral therapy into a massage that facilitates health and balance for the body and mind. Pauline's goal is to have her clients feel release and relaxed at the end of each session. She is also available for prenatal and hot stone sessions.

Renee French - LMT
Ayurvedic Consultant
A native of Knoxville, Renee graduated from Alpha Health Institute for massage therapy and began her yoga training in 1997. With 10 years of massage experience and 3 years teaching yoga, Renee went back to school in 2005 to further her holistic studies at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. She graduated as an Ayurvedic health consultant in June 2006 with over 750 hours of training and has continued her training by interning in Colorado with her teacher and mentor, Dr. John Douillard. She incorporates her many years of experience and training into an integrative approach to Ayurvedic health consultations.

Renae Grass - LMT
Originally from Indiana, Renae graduated from Rising Spirit Institute in Atlanta, GA in 2002 and has been practicing massage ever since. For the last 2 years, she has worked along side a physical therapist in Texas and brings a unique view point to her sessions. Renae combines her knowledge of Swedish, Deep tissue, NMT, Trigger point therapy, and reflexology into a deeply therapeutic and relaxing massage. She is also available for Hot Stone Massage sessions.

Tonya graduated in 2004 from the Cumberland Institute for Wellness in Nashville. She combines swedish, accupressure, trigger point therapy, and reiki into a massage that is a treat for the body, mind, and soul. Her massage is soothing and deeply relaxing. Tonya also enjoys working on atheletes from runners to cyclists.

A native of Memphis, Kelda Olson, L.M.T. attended the Tennessee School of Massage and graduated in 2003. For the last 7 years she has honed her massage skills in busy day spas in both Memphis and Nashville. Kelda's compassion and experience allows her to create an integrated session for each of her clients that incorporates wellness/swedish massage, deep tissue, lymphatic and neuromuscular work. Her massage is therapeutic, nurturing, and deeply relaxing.

Carey graduated from the Natural Health Institute here in Nashville in 2005. Her massage incorporates the techniques she learned in school and since, including swedish, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial, chakra balancing and aromatherapy to design a custom massage to address each of her clients' needs. Carey is a compassionate therapist who's massage is peaceful and nurturing while addressing the deeper needs of the body and her love of aromatherapy gives her sessions a personal touch.

Originally from Kansas City, Rachel graduated from the Massage Therapy Training Institute in 2006. Since moving to Nashville, she has had experience working in spas and with professional athletes. Her background as a ballet dancer and experience over the last 5 years as a therapist has provided an understanding and awareness of the body that she hopes to share with clients in a deeply therapeutic and relaxing massage. She designs her sessions according to the client's goals using her knowledge of swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and trigger point therapy. She is also trained in prenatal massage.
